PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time begins once payment has been successfully received and verified.
Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, order weight, and destination.
Delivery estimates provided at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Avalla does not guarantee delivery dates.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELAYS
Avalla is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, natural events, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Avalla is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
LOST,STOLEN,OR MISSING PACKAGES
Avalla is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS
Orders returned to Avalla due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to retrieve a package may be subject to reshipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
POLICY CHANGES
Avalla reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
